ABOUT the Fraternity

well we are a society registered under the societies registration act-1860
we were fed up off just talking around knowing whats right and not doing anything about it......we want changes in the society so that one day may be our sons would be able to say that our fathers left some thing for us.....so that at their time a hope of a Utopian society will emerge and may be some day people will realize their existence just as much as they realize the existence of another soul to be equivalent.
places of high pomp and show may be converted such that everyone could enter as they wish and leave in peace......places such as a pizza hut or a mc d would be fitting for people of all types and they may not have to worry about things as hunger, discrimination and hatred.....
we hope to build such awarness among our selves that we forget i but talk in we terms..............
LET THERE BE LIGHT!

india:GLOBAL scenario!

The World Bank estimates that 456 million Indians (42% of the total Indian population) now live under the global poverty line of $1.25 per day (PPP). This means that a third of the global poor now reside in India. However, this also represents a significant decline in poverty from 60 percent in 1981 to 42 percent in 2005. Income inequality in India (Gini coefficient: 32.5 in year 1999- 2000) is increasing. On the other hand, the Planning Commission of India uses its own criteria and has estimated that 27.5% of the population was living below the poverty line in 2004–2005, down from 51.3% in 1977–1978, and 36% in 1993-1994. The source for this was the 61st round of the National Sample Survey (NSS) and the criterion used was monthly per capita consumption expenditure below Rs. 356.35 for rural areas and Rs. 538.60 for urban areas. 75% of the poor are in rural areas, most of them are daily wagers, self-employed householders and landless laborers. It is estimated that about 42.5% of the children in India suffer from malnutrition in India according to the Report give by the New York Times.(adopted from wiki)
and to think that we are living so happily lost in our own small world where non of this seems real is just pathetic!wake up people!

HOW IT ALL START3D?

it was another day at the college, just another day that would pass off like yesterday....and all the other days....a little intoxication.a little talk,a little discussion........and then sleep.......
but that day wasn't to be like the other days.....the intoxication and the talks were the same but the discussion took over a different tune the tunes not heard of before........
we talked about DOING the things that we always talked about and then started the idea of help and then pifraternity emerged.........a social welfare society that was hell bent into helping the needy..........

THE NAME!

Today everything is classified according to the DIFFERENCES between things forgetting the very essence of the COMMONNESS between the same. The realization of this very essence of commonness can only be understood when we UNDERSTAND the nature of the differences and the commonness TOGETHER. Let's take the most wondrous & exhilarating mathematical topic of all, that baffles the best of scientists even today – Pi.The value of Pi for a person may be 3.14 , something other for a scientist & as of application all can be correct as well as incorrect. The application DEPENDS on the person using the value of Pi to determine first what he wants & then the RESPONSIBILITY of using it correctly. We realize this when we understand the differences between all the different values of Pi as correct. So what Pi teaches us is that when we understand the differences between each other as well as the commonness and then EMBRACE the CoMmOnNeSs, is when we see each other as ONE.Thus creating a FRATERNITY. And so Pi-FRATERNITY
